Why the hell does this keep happening?!!

Alright, sorry for caps, but someone need to explain this to me.
Why the hell is this:
W10 200mW 532nm Green Beam Laser Pointer (Black)-in Laser Pointers from Office & School Supplies on Aliexpress.com
Cheaper than this?!?!
GD M 200 200mW 532nm Green Laser Diode Module-in Diodes from Electronic Components & Supplies on Aliexpress.com
Its not just this site! So many sites are charging more for less. All I want is the modules because they are legal in Australia, nothing else. But yet on every site, those style of pointers are cheaper than the module. What the hell is going on?

1) not the same Seller...

2) not the same product...

3) the pointer will probably be no where near 200mW
and low quality. (specs state <200mW)

4) the module is probably closer to 200mW. I've purchased
from Laserlands in the past with good results.

5) a minor difference in price....

Yes but its not just on this site everywhere I go the module is more expensive!

6) They sell more pointers than modules...
The general public does not want to build a
Laser from scratch.

How much do you think it would cost you to
build a car by buying parts though the dealer
parts department.....

Good point, I see where you're coming from. So where do you think a good trust worthy place to buy 200mw lasers for under 60 aud is?
