Default Welcome

Hi,

I've been interested in lasers since I was in the 6th grade. I recently built a ruby laser. Over time, I have been able to improve this system. I can now burn holes through screwdriver blades, knives, spoons, saw blades, and even a quarter. If you would like to see pictures of this laser in action, you can view them here:

Or visit my flickr page - you can view my sets here:

Retrotech's photosets on Flickr

I am currently working on a CO2 laser (also found in my sets). My other hobby is HV and electrostatics.

Welcome indeed!

Nice pics of the holes too!

No need for the usual, "Use the search button", speech then. I'm looking forward to learning from you!

Catch you around...
