Wtf??? Ive been in here for five minutes and no-ones offered me a beer yet. M-frs jks.

From my experience on other forums it can be annoying as hell when you have a n00b gettin testy and acting like an idiot. I promise to be only limited on my intelligence on lasers, not general ettiquette.

Btw any Pc modders/gamers/general lovers of should check out Tech, games and culture, by geeks, for geeks - Atomic MPC

Aussie tech website but their depth of knowledge imo surpasses that of any other tech site, and most of the lads are pretty choice.

Not trying to plug, just trying to give something back, since ive learned so much in the past few days.

Cheers

I have a little pet peeve. Not a BIG deal, because I am pretty laid back - still it is annoying.

Someone posts a complicated post... with pictures, videos, etc... When quoting, do you HAVE to quote the ENTIRE post, with pictures etc.? Try to spend a little time EDITING your quote... ONLY include what is necessary.

Sometimes it IS meaningful to REPEAT a picture, but usually it ISN'T.

Sometimes it's done to make sure the Posted info stays
visible... after a poster decides to delete that post....:eg:

But I know what you mean especially if quoting a post
with a Gazillon pictures...

Another thing that should be addressed in Forum Etiquette
is the blatant swearing in Thread Titles....
(Holy $hit: DHL is fast.)

If it is a surprise shower, then either send the gift to the shower location or wait until after the shower and send the gift to her home and call her later to tell her that you are sorry you were not able to attend. If the party is not a surprise, then send the gift to her house whenever, and call her to tell her that you are sorry you will not be able to make it. If it will be a large shower, then sending it to her home (surprise or not) is the best bet. As much as I loved all 5 of my baby showers, the difficult thing was figuring out how to get all of the wonderful gifts back home after the shower, as neither me nor my husband were driving large cars at the time. Going home from my church shower we ended up not being able to see out of the back window of our car.If it is a surprise shower, then either send the gift to the shower location or wait until after the shower and send the gift to her home and call her later to tell her that you are sorry you were not able to attend.
