Just wanted to say hello. I have a ton of mainly old school gas dinosaur lasers. A few high power argons and a AR/KR that puts out 4 watts @ 30 amps.
I find it pretty fascinating what has happened with lasers in the last few years mainly because of all the people who are tinkering around with diodes. In any case I also have an old Laserium 600 projector system. The system used to do the projections at the University of Nevada. The system has a 1 of two programmer. I am talking real old school tech here. In any case I hope to become familiar with some of you. I'll post some pics of my collection soon.

Peace.

Its always nice to see experienced people join the forum.
Welcome to LPF, have a peak at the FAQ section, and enjoy your stay

Nice collection by the way, pics are always welcome here.

*EDIT

Forgot to mention, you have a 4W AR/KR. Its amazing if you think of it, the same
power can be had from a diode array, and can basically fit in the palm of your hand.

The laser in my avatar is a 2 diode setup which can hit over 3W of 445. I have another proto
of a 3 diode system that can hit 4.5W and is even smaller... Its great to live in this age.
