I told my girlfriend I was afraid of idiots in the US causing lasers to be illegal here and she said:

Basements are fairly rare here. Judging by American movies every house there seems to have one! Most aussie guys have a "shed" to play in. My grandparents built a house with a wine cellar when I was a kid, it was the best thing ever at the time!

It's pretty normal in PA to have one, only one of my buddies doesn't have one (and he lives in a trailer)

Unbelievable
This Police officer (Sergent) that i have known since high school (year 8), came over just to pay a visit (really nice guy and a good friend too), likes my 2W Solarforce L2 445nm and he wants me to make him one as well hehehe
P.S i shouldn't be posting this, but there are a few laser fanatic cops out there too

Yeah, It's getting to the point where if no one reports you they couldn't give a rats. which is good for us laser enthusiasts.Yep, I know plenty of cops that don't mind lasers. As long as you're being responsible with them, of course, but I'm mainly talking lasershows too
