Welcome to the forum!!! You'll find (and probably have already...) loads of info all over our site. You've probably already found the search useful. We have everything needed for DIY lasers right here on the forum. As you acquire lasers of increasing power , please bear in mind the need for quality eye protection and safe laser useage practices.

I have some bluray Giggs from a lab at work. So i wouldnt mind in building one of those.

I found the search of a great help indeed. I am just stuck on what other bluray diodes are available as all i can see are the PHR 803T 6x.

Is there any of a higher multiple??

I would like to achive a 325-375mW handheld but clamp worthy for classroom demo's.

Kind Regards

I just flippedto a page and noticed an 8x Running 375mW @ 292mA

Hey Craig, Welcome to the site!

I see you have noticed the 8x. There are other 8xs on here that are putting out upto and above 500mW. you should also check out the 12x thread, although the testing of that diode has not yet begun, it should be capable of even higher powers. 12x is the highest multiple at the moment.

P.S good to see another UK member...
