You are pretty much asking the impossible.
You want a small, long range, visible beam in the daylight for under $150 dollars shipped to a country that may have strict rules on importing lasers.
Not trying to turn you away from getting a laser as they are a great tool to own but you need to know what lasers are able to do, the different classes and so on.
That would be like going on an automotive forum, wanting a brand new car that can go 180 MPH, get 75 MPG, cost only $2000 and fit in your lunch pail.
You are going to have to be more flexible with your requirements please.
