Hey People!

Hi, I'm Ryan. I'm a 15 year old sophomore in high school who just got interested in lasers. I stumbled upon this site and I have to hand it to you guys; this place really is helpful to a newcomer. I've already ordered a pair of 532nm glasses, along with a pair of 650nm glasses from lazerer.com. And I have ordered Lazerer.com's 200mw classic 650nm laser and another 300mw 532nm laser that I doubt will really be 300mw... but anyways I hope to be of some use to this forum!

Well at first my reaction was HELL YEAH for a 200mw 650nm focusable laser that could burn shit for 50 bucks. Only after that thought did I realize the difference in power between 200mw and 1-2mw. My main goal is to work my way up to a handheld 1.2w 445ish nm laser and ultimately learn what goes into making my own laser. I am still a noob at electronics, so this would help alot!
