In your first pic, please tell me that's not like 5 watts of IR... If it is IR, i sure hope you had some goggles on and haven't messed with the filter. It might not look bright, but it sure can blind you in an instant. If it is the pump, or the 1064nm line, I'd say you had a crystal missing/out of alignment, maybe even all of them. Just a newb's best guess though, so don't take my word for it. I'll leave this to the experts.

it was a very dim green laser i looked at it through my phone camera for the IR i think it is out of alignment it looks shifted hard to describe any other comments?

Well, if there was still a dim green that would mean you weren't missing any crystals, they were just out of alignment like you said, but this is probably beyond repair. Can you remove the module? if you can it would probably be less hassle to get it machined for a 520 diode (assuming you still want a green laser) like everyone else is saying.

i could get it out it would for sure break tho so i need to know if it not repairable i understand its hard to tell me indefinably

Could you define "break"? Do you mean it would break the wires, lenses, crystals, housing etc.? The only way you would be able to even consider repairing it is to get it out first.

the wiring i believe or on the picture of the of the front where the IR is displayed you can see a lip on the tube where screws are partially under the lip should i approach from front or back?

How far under are the screws? If you can get force them out without doing any damage to the module, I would think going from the front would be the best option, due to all those wires in the back. But it really is your call, whichever way seems to be the smoothest and least damaging. As for the wires breaking, I assume you can solder?

Alright, that's good. Do you think you'd be able to re-solder everything in that tight tube? If you're certain you can re-connect everything, and get it out without damaging it, I'd say go for it.

I do not know if i can remove from rear i wonder if they put it together in 3 different sections here is what my dilemma in the front is

Replying to a thread is basically a bump. And I now see what the problem is, but they had to screw it in somehow, so there must be a way to take it apart. Does taking out that screw that is not blocked by the lip do anything?
And I agree, anyone else with knowledge on this kind of thing, your input would be very appreciated!

found two wires on circuit board that have hardly any wires left in the solder think this is the culprit? i just cant see how they would have been affected by dropping the laser

Wow, you drop a DPSS laser, the crystals are fine, but the driver is messed up. What are the odds of that happening? If that's truly what happened that will be amazing. Best try something you're familiar with first before going into uncharted territory. Try re-soldering them and let us know how it goes!
