Default Help Plz for noob

Hi, I rily want to get playzers gloves, but the violet laser accessory is too pricey.
. Blue- Violet Laser Accessory

I was thinking of getting 10 red lasers, then buying violet lasers separately and replacing the diodes. Can I manually replace diodes without experience? Would a diode bought from a regular laser pointer work in this product?

Here are the gloves that the lasers attach to:
* Power Gloves (pair) * - PLAYZERS

All help, or any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to the forum.
To change diodes as Photonoholic stated,takes a lot of experience and specialized equipment.
Also 650nm (red) and 405nm (Blu-ray) drivers are not interchangeable. They have different voltage and current requirements.
So even if you had the experience and tools to change the diodes, it would not work without replacing the laser driver also. This would end up costing you way more money then buying the 405nm in the first place.

Read up on diodes and drivers here on the forum. Then if you want to build your own 405nm's, you can, cheaply.

What the heck are Power Gloves anyway? Are laser beams coming out the end of the fingers of the gloves? Could they be dangerous, if they shine in someones eye? They could be cool, but used I guess with precautions, right? Lots of questions, I looked at the link for the accessories and if those are lasers in the picture, what size lasers are they, I did not see it.
