Hello, I'm Hunter from Virginia. I am into lasers, flashlights, and all other types of gear and gadgets like many of you. I'm currently studying for a dual major in electrical and computer engineering. I enjoy physics and all other science fields including computer science and programming. I figured I should introduce myself because I plan on staying even if just as a lurker. Thanks - Hunter

Hey Welcome Yet another Va laser member we have a bunch from Va.

Just curios what part of Va are you in. I'm south of Richmond in Chester.

also as a heads up sometime in the next few months I am planing to have another Va laser meet.

I'm in the Virginia Beach area. So we are not too far apart. I think about 2 hr drive or so. First I think I need a laser!
Actually I am building my first I have parts coming in from DTR and SL. Hopefully everything goes according to plan. I also have goggles incoming. Thanks for all the welcoming. -HAM

Nice yea your not the only one in that area We have a few IIRC.

I too live in va beach. Hit me up sometime I'd be happy to help ya with any laser issues ya have. They're 0retty simple but I've fried my share of diodes teaching myself lol

Awesome! I might have to take you up on that. I just received my diode from DTR today, but am still waiting for my SL order to even ship :(. -HAM
