Hey peops,
Recent first laser owner here. Bought a 50mw green off eBay in hopes of cooking some reef aquarium pests... The picture shows it lighting a match, but not even close!
So here I am to research and learn how to build something more capable. Goggles have been ordered :)

Welcome aboard! A lot of your aquarium tending comrades use 2.5W blue lasers. I'm sure you will find what you need here :)

Thanks for the welcomes and advice, definitley a tonne of info here. An hour or 2 a day is all can handle

Since you say North Vancouver I assume you mean Vancouver B.C. not Vancouver WA. In any case, welcome to LPF.
