My name is Nenad Mandic and I live in Zagreb, Croatia.
I've been reading and learning from members of this forum (Thank you!) for some time (months) as laser technology slowly merged with my other interests.
Today I decided to officially join as I realized (admitted
) this "new" passion become serious.
To get things straight, I'm still newbie in laser tech, experience and knowledge wise, but less and less every day
In last year I acquired few lasers; pointers, small diode modules, some little bit stronger and finally, week ago, q-switched ND:YAG.
And of course, just before I went above toy level (5mW+), protection glasses (one OD7 for YAG and some IRs, one OD4 for 405 and 532nm I have).
My other interests and hobbies are microscopy, spectroscopy, photography and little bit of electronics and programming.
