But he's OLD! and probably only listens to Strauss
Hey hold on there just a sec... old & young are relative terms...

@MasterM; a belated welcome to LPF! Oh and, fyi, I listen to FM4 exclusively

@Professor: my music collection ranges from the Art of Noise to Yaz, from Chet Baker to Ben Webster, from Mark Anthony to Oscar Villon, from AC/DC to ZZ Top.

Classic is not really my area, but you can't possibly live in Vienna and not appreciate Johann Strauss II and his Waltzes, particularly when carefully applied to sooth hangovers on New Year's day... ;)

And for the record, I currently live in Vienna, Austria (fantastic city, btw) but I'm not Austrian and have lived in all the cities listed in my sig. - starting with Geneva (hence, I was born in Switzerland).

Given my background, I would say that I'm...
...partly Swiss, partly French (Dad), partly Italian (Mom), partly Aussie, partly American, partly Cuban (Miami...) and now, partly Austrian

Welcome to the forum.
I get my first laserpointer when i was 8 years. But only a litte, i dont know the excact mW, but for 10€ (~16$) at a yard sale, only bigger.
In the USA, we call these Flea Markets. There's one near me that covers 200 acres. You can't do it all in one day, well I can't now, maybe 30 years ago........LOL

I always wanted a laser when I was young too.
But they cost $1000 dollars and were bigger then a microwave oven back then.(1960's)
When you get a more powerful laser, don't forget to buy protective goggles for it. Some of the lasers out now can fry your eyes in 1/500th of a second.
Glasses are cheap protection from a lifetime of blindness.
Good luck and be carefull!
