Good Laser Spirograph Laser

I Built a 3-mirror laser Spirograph a while ago and powered it with a small <5 Milli-watt red Wal-Mart dumb laser pointer. I couldn't use this if there was any bit of light and it had to be very close to where it was being projected. I then got a 15 dollar 50 Milli-watt red laser pointer from some china website (i forgot, theres so many) online and wasn't too happy. The button broke, so I had to take the whole thing apart, and solder a wire where it is, and now the whole thing just broke (i accidentally added too many volts) so I am asking for some advice on a good site to get a laser that would be suitable for my laser spirograph. My budget is 40 dollars. What is the best laser (any color) that I can get and that would be suitable for a laser spirograph that fits my budget. I'm looking at something at least 50 milli watts.

There you go, it's 10$ and most of them have been upwards of 60mW. (Some as high as 110mW, so be careful!)

Edit: You'll also need a heatsink. You can buy one of these to clamp onto it http://www.ebay.com/itm/Hot-2pcs-SK...382?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5ae9c0b5a6 then stick it on a plate of Al, though the rail support alone may be good enough with a duty cycle.

Does the 10 dollar laser have a fine point or does it spread out over distance a lot?

These will work just fine with your Spirograph. I've got one already made and building another with fans instead of motors.

How long should I expect it to arrive in United States?
