so.. HI..

I'm sure some of you are on CPF, I'm also Superdave over there. I found this forum while searching for info on a pointer that i was building. To make a long story short i forgot to set the current limit on my benchtop supply and drove the diode a little too hard.. lol

It was a laser from a HD-DVD drive mounted in an old aftermarket surefire lamp assembly.

Guess i'll see you guys around.
