Hello allow me to introduce myself, my name is Timmy and i'm new to the forums i am a new laser enthusiast, but recently have been trying the best i can to acquire good lasers. i'm a very intelligent young person (not so much in lasers yet, though i very strongly want to be). I live in Michigan. Another thing about me is i am (from what it looks like compared to the other ages in this forum) a very young laser collector! i'm only 13 years old, but you will never suspect that by the way i talk or my maturity level. i am very mature for my age, i am often asked for my signature on waiver forms because people believe i'm 18 lol. On one occasion i was even offered a job. I am usually a very good boy:angel:, though i'm not perfect.

Anything else, just ask and i'll let you know

P.S. you can either referr to me as Tim, Timothy, Timmy, T Cain, T-fusion, Big TC, Barney (silly one), or any variation of my user ID (xTheWarningx). These are all my nicknames, and anybody here in the forum can even give me a nickname and as long as i don't find it annoying, i'll respond to it. But let me know if it's my nickname . Thanks again!

Welcome to the forum! You'll find lots of useful info in our faq's and stickies, the posts, and our various groups. Make good use of our search function and it will deliver loads of useful info. As you acquire lasers, please remember the need for the appropriate eye protection for each laser. You don't need goggles for star-pointing and things like that, but for up-close use like burning, or at any time where there is a risk of reflection of the beam into your eye, you need goggles.

Welcome aboard! Im rather new myself, and reading your introduction, I felt we had abit in common Although Im not quite as young as you, im still only at a lowly 16,(and usually feel under-aged by most of the adults trolling the forums) and while I am no genius, I would like to say that I am also a strong student in academics (though sometimes referred to as "hyperactive") enthusiast hoping to learn alot about lasers, and invest/experiment with the stimulated light energy known to us as a laser It is harder for us youngish folk, as we are dedicated to our schoolwork rather than a job that earns us lots of money, so lasers are abit harder to come by :cryyy:
But there is lots to be learned here! Eat your heart out.

Jerry is a nice guy, not sure what you're trying to say here..

Back on topic, welcome to the forum! I recommend you read around a bit to get acquainted and just to figure out what's going on in the society of lasers. The amount of information here is gigantic; even I learn new stuff every day.
